We check where the real opportunity is in this market before we plan any actions.
We launch what the strategy calls for: the website, campaigns, and sales process.
We finalize partnerships and move into fully operational sales work.
After 90 days, we switch to a pure success fee based on sales.
We start with the German market, but we apply the same 90-day model to each of the markets below. The initial audit shows whether entering a given market makes sense for your product and industry.
WHAT YOU GAIN
A market entry plan based on real market potential, not on intuition or copying competitors.
See how the process works →Stage-based billing instead of one large invoice for promises not backed by results.

Most companies planning to scale their business by entering a new market pay an agency a fixed amount regardless of the outcome. Growth Group ties part of its compensation to specific milestones: delivered strategy, launched channels, acquired partners.
This way, Growth Group’s interest is directly aligned with yours.
Who Growth Group works for
Entering a new market without a plan leads to a scattered budget and no results, not real business scalability. We break it down into 90 days with clear milestones: audit, channels, partnerships, sales.

Before we propose anything
We assess your product, the competition in your target market, potential demand, and entry barriers such as regulations, language, and locally used sales channels. We evaluate your company’s readiness for internationalization, including whether you have the resources: budget, team, and offer readiness, to make the entry worthwhile.
If the analysis shows there is no sensible path to entry right now, we tell you directly instead of selling you 90 days that won’t change anything.
Scope of services
We assess demand, competition, and entry barriers in the German market before proposing an action plan.
We create an internationalization strategy with concrete milestones spread over 90 days.
We adapt the offer, content, and website to the language and expectations of customers in the chosen market.
We build demand in the new market through paid campaigns, content, and outbound, selecting channels based on country and industry.
We build a network of sales and distribution partners in the target market.
We build credibility through publications and presence in local industry media.
We run the entire project as one team, not a collection of subcontractors.
We reach decision-makers in companies on the target market directly.
After launching channels, we support the first sales campaigns and optimization.
Transparency
We measure results against milestones agreed before we start: delivered audit and strategy, launched channels, at least two acquired partners. After 90 days, we move to a success fee based on actual sales generated in the new market.

Part of our compensation depends on whether we actually deliver the next stages of market entry. Here are five concrete reasons why this model makes sense for both sides.
If we don't deliver a given stage (audit, channels, partnerships), we don't get the success fee for it. We approach market entry like our own project.
Zero risk at the start. We check demand, competition, and entry barriers before we propose a plan and a 90-day timeline.
We write down specific goals for months 1, 2, and 3 and verify them during the collaboration. Both sides know what they are working toward.
A low monthly base fee covers the cost of operational work, and you pay it always, regardless of whether a given stage succeeds.
We don't measure work by hours or activities, but by delivered milestones. If a stage isn't delivered, our compensation for it drops to zero.
GET TO KNOW US BETTER
Instead of hiring several people for SEO, ads, content, and social media, the client gets access to a full team of specialists. This is cheaper than maintaining an in-house marketing department and faster to implement. No need to run recruitment, training, or worry about replacements. Growth Group delivers the expertise of an entire team at a single price.
You don't have a coordinator who relays information between you and the doers. You communicate directly with the person responsible for achieving your KPIs. This shortens communication time and eliminates the risk of miscommunication. You know the name of the person accountable for your results and can reach out to them directly.
Questions
90 days in a phased model: the first two weeks are audit and strategy, the next month is launching channels, the website, and initial activities, while we build partnerships in parallel, and the last month is operational work and the first sales campaigns.
You always pay a base fee, regardless of the outcome. We only charge a success fee for a given phase (audit and strategy, channel launch, securing at least two partners) if we actually deliver it. You don’t pay for something we haven’t delivered.
The base is a fixed monthly fee, with a success fee upon achieving milestones, plus an advertising budget that goes directly to campaigns. In total, it amounts to a moderate monthly investment when all goals are met.
After the entry phase, we switch to a pure success fee based on generated sales; the fixed fee disappears, and you pay only for real sales results in the new market.
A typical marketing agency charges for completed tasks. Market Entry is a time-bound market entry plan with phases and milestones, where part of the compensation depends on whether we actually deliver the next phase, not on the number of hours worked.
We start with the German market, but we apply the same 90-day model to markets such as the USA, France, Czech Republic, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland. Growth Group supports company internationalization as a hub connecting suppliers with international buyers; the initial audit shows whether entering a given market makes sense for your industry and product.
Free consultation and audit of your marketing and sales situation. No obligations.
You pay for results, not for hourly rates
We start with an audit and agree on a goal together. Most of our fee depends on the results we actually deliver, not on time spent on the task.
