Privacy policy

What data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can do with it. No legal jargon where it can be avoided.

1. Who is the administrator of your data

The administrator of personal data collected via the growthgroup.pl website is Growth Group. Contact regarding personal data: biuro@growthgroup.pl, phone +48 512 840 154.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form

When you send an inquiry through the form, we collect: first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of the message. Company name and phone are optional. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and possibly prepare an offer.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence).

Retention period: up to 24 months from the last contact. If we start working together, we keep the data for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics 4 to know which content is read and where visitors come from. The tool collects data about how you use the site: pages visited, time on site, referral source, approximate location (at city level), device type, and browser. IP addresses are anonymized.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - your consent given on your first visit to the site. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

Server technical data

Our server logs IP address, date and time of the request, and browser type. This is used solely to ensure security and diagnose failures.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention period: up to 12 months.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with entities that provide technical services to us, and only to the extent necessary to perform those services:

  • hosting provider, on whose servers the website and email mailbox operate,
  • Google Ireland Limited - for visit statistics (Google Analytics),
  • outgoing email service provider, through which messages from the contact form are sent.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Your rights

At any time, you may:

  • request access to your data and receive a copy,
  • request correction of your data if it is inaccurate,
  • request deletion of your data,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • request data portability to another controller,
  • withdraw consent if processing is based on it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Just write to biuro@growthgroup.pl. We respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you believe that we process your data unlawfully.

5. Is providing data mandatory

No. Providing data in the form is entirely voluntary, but without an email address we will not be able to respond to your inquiry. You can also contact us by phone without leaving data on the website.

6. Cookies

The website uses cookies:

  • necessary - required for the website to function and to remember your consent preferences. They do not require consent.
  • Analytics - Google Analytics, require your consent.

You can change your cookie settings in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may make it harder to use the site.

7. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you in an automated way. We do not use profiling that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

8. Policy changes

If we change how we process data, we will update this document and change the date below.
